How do you approach non-front runner candidates?  Is it truly a "waste of a vote" or can enough of us get together to nominate a second-tier, but not second-rate, candidate like Ron Paul or Bill Richardson?

Romney will be giving a speech on his Mormonism hoping to eliminate possible reservations from evangelicals. Is this speech an attempt to draw away values voters from Huckabee or gain the more socially conservative voters who support Giuliani?
